Comment: I'm bi-polar and find it hard to deal with the way my mood swings so violently. People think I'm weird or something beacuse of it, but I'm not. I take medication to control it and see a psychologist to try to learn how to deal with it - all positive things. That's not weird. That's sensible! I'm pleased to see that there's somewhere on this planet that understands and cares. |

Comment: I am 15 and have had O.C.D since i was 6. I'm going to see the school councellor & a child/clinical psychologist (my 4th one!!) my tutor really helps me and so does the CIRCLE OF FROENDS and the exclusion room. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO EMAIL ME AT ANY POINT. XxJEMMAXx |

Comment: Hi everyone, I was just browsing the net looking for information on OCD, my partners just took his first step towards getting help no easy thing as a lot of you will know I think its great that theres support groups available its just a shame that your so far away.
