Don't overdose on work.
Don't agree to do things that you don't really want or need to do, especially if you are under pressure.
Do get into the habit of practicing regular relaxation every day.
Do take regular exercise.
Do eat the right foods.
Do take life gently - be kind to yourself.
Do ask for help or advice if you have a problem.
Do try different ways of dealing with the major stresses in your life.
Do tackle just one thing at a time.
Do try to live in the present.
Do make your environment right for you.
Do organise what you have to do and what you want to do.
Do allow time to catch up on everyday things.

Remember:

Making mistakes is O.K.
Being Proud of yourself is O.K.
Liking yourself is O.K.
